We are visiting Tate Britain on Thursday 19th November for a pre-exhibition power point lecture at 1030 and then entrance to the exhibition which celebrates the extraordinary 50-year creative and personal partnership of core Bloomsbury Group artists Vanessa Bell (1879–1961) and Duncan Grant (1885–1978). There will be over 300 works, featuring vivid portraits, landscapes, still life and abstract pieces spanning their careers. Explore their pioneering design work across ceramics, textiles, furniture and the Omega workshops. There will be a reconstruction of Duncan Grant’s studio relocated from their famous Sussex home, Charleston.
